2Services Description
Taqueria Dona Alicia provides: • Online food ordering for pickup • Menu browsing and information • Account creation for order history and loyalty rewards • Payment processing through Square Our services are available to users who are at least 13 years of age.
3Orders and Payment
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation • Prices are displayed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes • Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of order • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order • Order modifications or cancellations should be requested immediately by calling (651) 600-3438
4Pickup Policy
• Orders must be picked up at the time specified during checkout • Please bring your order confirmation (email or phone) • Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be discarded • Refunds for unclaimed orders are at our discretion
5User Accounts
When you create an account: • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • You agree to provide accurate and complete information • You are responsible for all activities under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
6Loyalty Rewards Program
• Points are earned on qualifying purchases • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program • Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of points
